Product Description

Integrated sewage treatment system

The feature of the integrated sewage treatment equipment is the biological treatment method. By adding anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic microorganisms to the equipment to come into contact with the sewage, and providing the convenient conditions required for the growth of microorganisms in the sewage through an automated program, the microorganisms can divide and reproduce, thereby achieving the effect of purifying water quality. The removal rate of pollutants can reach over 90%.

1. Regulating tank: It receives sewage and plays a role in regulating water quality and quantity. A sewage lift pump and a liquid level control system are installed in the pool.
2. Anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic zones: These are distinguished based on the oxygen content of the wastewater within the zones. The oxygen content in the anaerobic tank is less than 0.2mg/L, that in the anoxic tank is less than 0.5mg/L, and that in the aerobic tank is ≥2.0mg/L. Microbial carrier fillers and reflux pumps are installed in the tank, and aeration fans are provided for the aerobic tank.
3. Sedimentation tank: The effluent from the aeration tank undergoes sludge-water separation through gravity sedimentation. The settled sludge is disposed of, and the supernatant enters the zone disinfection tank. Sedimentation inclined tube fillers or central cylinders are set up in the pool.
4. Clear water tank: It is disinfected by adding disinfectants and then discharged up to standard. Equipped with a disinfection and dosing device.

Working principle

The sewage is lifted into the equipment by the sewage pump. The equipment is equipped with an electrical control system, aeration fan, reflux pump, sedimentation device and disinfection device. By adding active microorganisms and carrier fillers to the equipment, anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic microbial communities can be cultivated at different oxygen levels in various links.
