Biological deodorization system

Since 2008, our company, in collaboration with our superior design institute, has integrated and refined cutting-edge technologies and equipment to address major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic compounds, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and mercaptans, as well as various odors. This optimized combination of technologies, including high-temperature oxidation, photocatalytic decomposition, chemical decomposition, biological decomposition, and residual odor adsorption, can effectively address the vast majority of unacceptable odors. Deodorization efficiencies can reach over 99.6%, significantly exceeding the national 1993 emission standard for odor pollutants (GB14554-93).

Features:
1. The equipment is highly adaptable and can handle high concentrations, large volumes, and a variety of odorous gas substances. It operates stably and continuously 24 hours a day.
2. Low operating costs, no high-power equipment, no noise, and no dedicated personnel or frequent daily maintenance required; only regular inspections are required. 3. Malodorous gases require no special pretreatment, such as heating or humidification. The equipment operates normally in an ambient temperature range of -30°C to 95°C, a humidity range of 30% to 98%, and a pH range of 2 to 13.
4. The equipment's small footprint and light weight make it suitable for compact installations and limited sites, handling air volumes up to 160,000 m³/h.
Note: Due to the significant variation in odor volume and composition, sampling and analysis are required to determine the optimal treatment solution.
