1. Polypropylene and PP Expanded Filter Fiber: This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for various parameters (length, weight, and bulk) of the fiber filter material before and after expansion. It is hydrophilic and dirt-repellent, with high strength and excellent chemical resistance. The yarn diameter is 20-50 μm, and the bundle length can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Scope of Application: This standard applies to polypropylene (BCF) with a linear density of 2400-2800 tex.
3. Reference Standards: GB6505-86 Test Method for Boiling Water Shrinkage of Synthetic Filament and Deformed Fibers, Q/DHX01-95 Polypropylene Expanded Filament.
4. Hot Elongation: This indicator indicates the degree of elastic curling of a textured filament after heat treatment under specified conditions. It is measured as the percentage of the length under normal load to the initial length under light load.
