Belt type sludge dehydration machine

The DYN series sludge thickening and dehydration machine is a new, highly efficient, continuously operating solid-liquid separation device. Using polyester mesh as the filter medium, it dehydrates various suspensions with a pre-treated water content below 99.5% through multi-stage pressing into a cake-like form (the moisture content after dehydration varies depending on the material). This product is suitable for dewatering mixed sludge, digested sludge, and residual activated sludge generated by municipal sewage.
This equipment is widely used for dewatering various sludges generated by industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, electroplating, brewing, coal, and sugar refining. It is particularly effective for dewatering activated sludge, metallurgical sludge, flotation concentrate, and tailings (coal).
