Rotary solid-liquid separator

The NFJ series rotary solid-liquid separator is designed for solid-liquid separation in various industrial wastewater applications. It effectively removes fine particles with diameters above 15 µm from the water, utilizing a central water inlet design.

The filter screen of this machine is constructed from stainless steel, significantly enhancing its corrosion resistance. Equipped with an automatic backwash function, it efficiently cleans residual solids stuck to the screen cylinder. Featuring a compact design, the machine ensures continuous and automatic removal of contaminants. After entering the filter, the sewage flows from the inside of the rotating drum to the outside. Suspended solids in the water are captured by the filter screen and carried upwards as the drum rotates. These solids are then flushed into the collection tank and discharged by the backwash water.
