Work process

         The incoming water, after reacting with flocculant, enters the mixing zone of the air flotation. It mixes and comes into contact with the released dissolved air water, causing the flocs to adhere to the fine bubbles. Then it enters the air flotation zone. Under the action of air flotation, the flocs float to the water surface to form scum, which is scraped into the sludge tank of the air flotation machine by the scum scraper and discharged. Part of the clear water from the lower layer flows through the water collector to the clear water tank for future use, while the other part is recycled as dissolved air water.
